By purchasing any paid service from our Portal, you agree to this Refund & Return Policy.


1. Scope of Policy

This policy applies to:

  • Employers purchasing job posting packages, candidate database access, or premium recruitment services.

  • Job seekers purchasing premium resume services, profile boosting, or skill assessments.

  • Any other value-added service explicitly offered on our Portal.

This policy does not apply to free services.


2. General Conditions for Refunds

Refunds may be issued only under the following conditions:

  1. Duplicate Payment – If you have been charged twice for the same service due to a technical error.

  2. Service Non-Activation – If the purchased service was not activated or made available within the promised time frame.

  3. Technical Errors – If a payment was deducted but the service failed to process due to system issues.

No refunds will be issued if:

  • You changed your mind after purchase.

  • The service was partially or fully delivered.

  • You provided incorrect details during purchase that prevented service delivery.


3. Non-Refundable Services

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Job posting packages where listings have been published.

  • Resume/CV writing services once the first draft is delivered.

  • Candidate database access once login credentials have been issued.

  • Subscription-based services after the subscription term has started.


4. Refund Request Procedure

To request a refund:

  1. Email contact@thectcagency.com with:

    • Your full name & registered email ID

    • Payment reference number & transaction date

    • Detailed reason for refund request

  2. Our support team will acknowledge your request within 2 working days.

  3. Eligible refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days via the original payment method.


5. Service Replacement / Credit

In certain cases, instead of a monetary refund, we may offer:

  • Service Credit: Equal to the amount paid, which can be used for other services on the Portal.

  • Service Replacement: A similar or upgraded service at no additional cost.


6. Cancellations

  • You may cancel a service request before it is activated; in such cases, a partial refund may be issued after deducting administrative charges.

  • Once service activation begins, cancellations will not be eligible for a refund.


7. Fraud & Misuse

If we detect fraudulent transactions, misuse of services, or policy violations, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend or terminate the account without notice.

  • Deny refund requests.
