1. Service Delivery

  • All services, including candidate application processing, digital reports, assessments, or career-related deliverables, are delivered electronically via email or through the career portal.

  • Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of service request.


2. Cancellation Policy

  • For subscription-based or paid digital services, cancellation requests must be submitted via email: contact@thectcagency.com.

  • Refunds, if applicable, will be considered based on the type of service and at the discretion of The CTC Agency.

  • Once a digital service (e.g., candidate verification, report delivery, or assessment processing) has been completed and delivered, cancellation or refund is generally not possible.


3. Service Modifications

  • The CTC Agency reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.

  • Users will be notified in advance, and reasonable alternatives or solutions will be provided where possible.
