About the Role:
The CTC Agency is partnering with a top Business Consulting firm to hire an experienced Senior HR Manager. The ideal candidate will lead HR strategy, talent acquisition, employee engagement, and organizational development initiatives. This is a high-impact role with the opportunity to shape the HR function in a dynamic consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead end-to-end talent acquisition, including hiring senior-level professionals.
Manage employee relations, performance management, and retention strategies.
Oversee compensation, benefits, and payroll administration.
Design and execute learning & development programs to enhance workforce capabilities.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Act as a strategic partner to senior management for organizational development and change management initiatives.
Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; MBA/PG in HR preferred.
6 – 10 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in consulting or corporate environments.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and talent management.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to influence and drive organizational change.
Proficiency in HR software and data-driven HR management.
