1. Preamble
The CTC Agency (“the Company” / “we” / “our”) is a proprietorship engaged in recruitment and digital career services. As a responsible corporate entity, we recognize our duty towards the society, the environment, and the communities we operate in. While proprietorships are not legally mandated to adopt a CSR policy under the Companies Act, 2013, The CTC Agency voluntarily commits to sustainable and socially responsible practices in alignment with global best practices.
This CSR Policy lays down the framework for planning, implementing, monitoring, and reporting CSR initiatives undertaken by The CTC Agency.
2. Objective of the CSR Policy
The objectives of this CSR Policy are:
To outline The CTC Agency’s approach to social responsibility and community engagement.
To provide a framework for identifying, planning, and implementing CSR initiatives.
To promote sustainable social development through education, digital literacy, skill development, and community welfare.

3. Scope of CSR Activities
The scope of this Policy covers all CSR activities undertaken directly by The CTC Agency or through partnerships with NGOs, foundations, educational institutions, or other credible organizations.

4. CSR Budget & Funding
The CTC Agency will allocate funds for CSR activities from its annual revenue or surplus, targeting up to 2% of annual turnover.
Allocation of funds will be based on:
Financial performance of the Company.
Strategic priorities and impact potential of proposed CSR activities.
Funds will be exclusively used for CSR purposes and will be accounted for separately to ensure transparency.
5. Governance & Oversight
The proprietor shall act as the CSR Head and will be responsible for:
Approving CSR projects and budgets.
Monitoring implementation of initiatives.
Ensuring compliance with this CSR Policy.
A CSR Team (appointed by the proprietor) shall assist in planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting.
Any partnerships with NGOs or third-party organizations will be formalized through written agreements specifying roles, responsibilities, deliverables, and reporting requirements.
6. Implementation Framework
Identification of Projects:
Projects will be identified annually based on societal needs, Company priorities, and stakeholder input.
Execution:
Initiatives may be implemented directly by The CTC Agency or in collaboration with qualified NGOs, institutions, or government bodies.
Monitoring:
Progress of CSR initiatives will be tracked regularly using predefined metrics.
Periodic evaluations will be conducted to measure impact and effectiveness.
7. Reporting & Transparency
The CTC Agency will maintain records of all CSR activities, including financial expenditures, project details, and impact assessments.
Updates and reports may be published on the Company website or internal communications channels to ensure transparency.
Annual review of CSR activities will be conducted by the CSR Team and reported to the proprietor.
8. Compliance & Legal Framework
This CSR Policy is voluntarily adopted by The CTC Agency and aligns with the spirit of CSR guidelines under Companies Act, 2013 and recognized global CSR principles.
All CSR activities will comply with applicable laws, regulations, and ethical standards.
Any changes to this Policy will be approved by the proprietor and communicated to stakeholders.
9. Review of Policy
The CSR Policy will be reviewed annually or as needed to ensure alignment with evolving social priorities, business objectives, and best practices in CSR.
