Facilitate the recruitment and hiring process.

Inactive Applications: If a candidate is not selected, their personal data may be retained for up to 2 years for future job opportunities, with prior consent where required.
Legal Requirements: Certain information may be retained longer if required by law or regulatory obligations.
4. Data Deletion
After the retention period expires, we will securely delete or anonymize personal data. Candidates may also request deletion of their data at any time by contacting us.
5. Candidate Rights
Candidates have the right to:
Access their personal data.
Request correction or updating of inaccurate data.
Request deletion of their data where applicable.
Withdraw consent for future use of their data.
