Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager to lead our sales initiatives, grow revenue, and expand our customer base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales—preferably in the education sector—and a passion for making a positive impact through learning.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve business goals.

Identify new sales opportunities in schools, colleges, coaching centers, and training institutions.

Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.

Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed performance targets.

Collaborate with the marketing team to design effective campaigns and outreach strategies.

Monitor sales metrics, prepare regular reports, and present progress to management.

Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor offerings.

Attend education fairs, conferences, and networking events to promote the brand.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s preferred).

3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in education, edtech, or related sectors.

Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Proficient in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.

Strong understanding of the education market and customer needs.

Preferred Skills:
Knowledge of digital learning tools and edtech platforms.

Experience in B2B sales within the academic sector.

Local language proficiency (if applicable).
