We are seeking a motivated and skilled Web Developer with 1-3 years of experience to develop, maintain, and improve our educational website and online platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in front-end and back-end web development and a passion for creating user-friendly digital experiences.

Responsibilities:
Develop, test, and maintain websites and web applications.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to implement new features.
Ensure the responsiveness and performance of websites across different devices.
Troubleshoot and debug issues as they arise.
Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
Keep up-to-date with emerging web technologies and industry trends.
Assist in managing website security and data protection.

Requirements:
1-3 years of professional experience in web development.
Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript (frameworks like React or Angular are a plus).
Experience with back-end programming languages like PHP, Python, or Node.js.
Familiarity with database management (MySQL, MongoDB, etc.).
Understanding of responsive design principles and cross-browser compatibility.
Basic knowledge of SEO and web accessibility standards.
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication skills.
