Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and caring Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about working with young children and focused on their overall development in a fun and structured setting.

Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and care for children aged 2 to 5 years
Conduct age-appropriate educational and play activities
Foster a safe, clean, and positive classroom environment
Monitor children’s progress and communicate with parents as needed
Assist in feeding, hygiene, and other basic needs of children
Work collaboratively with other staff members
Follow daily routines and ensure child safety at all times
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduation preferred)
Experience in early childhood education or daycare (preferred but not mandatory)
Patience, empathy, and a love for working with small children
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of preschool teaching methods is a plus
