About the Role:
The CTC Agency is hiring a skilled and detail-oriented Chartered Accountant (CA) for one of India’s leading accounting firms. The ideal candidate will have experience in financial management, auditing, taxation, and compliance, with a proven ability to deliver accurate and timely financial insights.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and examine financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
Handle taxation matters including GST, income tax, and corporate tax filings.
Conduct internal audits and identify financial discrepancies or risks.
Provide financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting to support business decisions.
Liaise with clients, vendors, and regulatory authorities on financial and compliance matters.
Maintain and improve accounting processes and internal controls.
Stay updated with changes in financial regulations and industry best practices.

Qualifications & Skills:

Chartered Accountant (CA) certified.
2 – 5 years of relevant experience in accounting, taxation, or auditing.
Strong knowledge of accounting software and MS Excel.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet tight deadlines.
