Key Responsibilities
Drive life insurance business through assigned bank branches.
Build and strengthen relationships with bank staff to ensure consistent performance.
Identify customer needs and recommend suitable financial & insurance products.
Ensure achievement of assigned sales targets and branch-wise objectives.
Provide training and motivation to bank employees to enhance business.
Maintain compliance with all company policies, banking regulations, and IRDA guidelines.
Deliver superior customer service and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Eligibility Criteria
Graduate in any discipline (mandatory).
1–5 years of relevant experience in sales, banking, or insurance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong ability to build relationships and influence partners.
Target-driven mindset with proven ability to achieve sales goals.
Willingness to work in branch & field-based environments.
