💼 About the Role:
We’re looking for enthusiastic and tech-savvy Process Executives (Voice) to join our team in the ITES/BPO/KPO domain. If you’re a recent technical graduate with a strong interest in digital marketing, excellent communication skills, and a passion for solving customer issues — we’d love to hear from you!

✅ Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Technical Graduate (B.Tech / B.Sc IT / B.Sc Computer Science / MCA, etc.)
Experience:

0 to 6 months (Freshers with Digital Marketing Certification are welcome)
Certification: Digital Marketing Certification (Mandatory for freshers)

🧠 Key Skills:
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong comprehension and problem-solving skills
Customer-focused with a solution-oriented mindset
Familiarity with Windows OS, MS Office, and Internet Browsing
Good typing speed and accuracy

🛠️ Responsibilities:
Resolve B2B customer queries via voice support
Identify and escalate unresolved issues to the right channels
Track and report app-related defects or inconsistencies
Collaborate to improve internal processes via root cause analysis
Ensure top-tier customer experience in a fast-paced environment

💰 Compensation:
Fresher: ₹2.4 – ₹3.0 LPA
Experienced (3–6 months): ₹3.0 – ₹3.6 LPA
