Role Overview

The AI Expert – Recruitment Solutions will play a key role in building intelligent systems that automate and enhance recruitment workflows. The position involves designing end-to-end AI solutions for candidate sourcing, resume parsing, intelligent job-matching, predictive hiring analytics, and chatbot-based candidate engagement. This role demands a combination of AI/ML expertise, data engineering, and HR-tech knowledge to create scalable recruitment technologies.

Key Responsibilities
1. AI Solution Development

Design and implement AI-powered tools for resume screening, candidate shortlisting, and ranking.

Develop machine learning models for predicting candidate suitability and cultural fit.

Apply natural language processing (NLP) to analyze resumes, cover letters, and job descriptions.

Build chatbots and conversational AI for candidate communication and query resolution.

2. Data Management & Model Training

Collect, clean, and preprocess recruitment-related datasets.

Develop and maintain data pipelines for continuous model training and optimization.

Use structured and unstructured data to train models that improve accuracy over time.

3. System Integration & Deployment

Integrate AI tools with existing platforms such as the career portal and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Deploy scalable AI models on cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Ensure smooth collaboration between AI systems and human HR processes.

4. Optimization & Monitoring

Continuously test and improve algorithms for performance, fairness, and transparency.

Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and propose solutions.

Document processes and create knowledge repositories for internal teams.

5. Compliance & Ethical AI

Ensure recruitment AI tools comply with data privacy, security, and fairness standards.

Implement measures to minimize bias in hiring algorithms.

Eligibility Criteria

Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, or related field.

1–3 years of proven experience in AI/ML development (freshers with strong project portfolios may also apply).

Hands-on expertise with Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn, and related frameworks.

Experience with NLP tools and libraries (e.g., NLTK, SpaCy, Hugging Face Transformers).

Familiarity with MLOps, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), and deployment of AI models.

Strong understanding of databases, data preprocessing, and APIs.

Prior exposure to HR-tech, recruitment platforms, or ATS solutions is preferred.

Strong problem-solving, analytical, and collaboration skills.

💰 Salary Range: ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 per month (based on skills & experience).
