About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Floor Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of the sales floor at our leading automobile dealership in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive retail, team leadership, and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage and supervise daily showroom operations
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure sales targets are met
Handle customer queries, complaints, and escalations efficiently
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service
Monitor staff performance and provide coaching or feedback
Maintain inventory visibility and vehicle display standards
Work closely with the sales manager and other departments to improve overall dealership performance
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance reports
Ensure adherence to company policies, compliance, and SOPs
Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate in any discipline (preferred: BBA, B.Com, or relevant automotive certification)
Experience: Minimum 2–5 years in a similar role in the automobile or retail sector
Industry Preference: Automobile Dealership, Auto Sales, Car Showroom, Vehicle Retail
Required Skills:
Strong leadership and people management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
Ability to handle high-pressure sales environments
Knowledge of showroom operations and automotive retailing
Customer-first approach with negotiation and conflict resolution skills
Time management and organizational skills
Preferred Skills:
Experience using dealership management systems (DMS)
Basic knowledge of automobile financing and insurance
Understanding of automotive product lines and features
