Job Summary:
The CTC Agency is hiring skilled and motivated Insurance Sales Managers on behalf of a top insurance company in India. The ideal candidate will have strong sales experience in the insurance industry and be capable of leading a team to meet sales targets effectively.

Key Responsibilities:
Achieve monthly and quarterly insurance sales targets.
Identify and recruit potential insurance advisors/agents.
Provide training and mentoring to agents to boost performance.
Generate leads through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
Manage customer relationships and provide post-sale support.
Track sales metrics and prepare performance reports.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.

Candidate Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in insurance sales (Life, General, or Health Insurance).
Graduation is mandatory (Bachelor’s Degree in any field).
Proven ability to drive sales and meet targets.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
Basic knowledge of insurance products and market dynamics.
