Role Overview
We are looking for a Server Administrator / IT Infrastructure Engineer to join our IT team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and performance optimization of servers, ensuring high availability, security, and efficiency of IT systems. This role is crucial in supporting the company’s operations and providing uninterrupted IT services.

Key Responsibilities
Monitor, maintain, and optimize servers and IT infrastructure (Windows/Linux).
Perform regular updates, patches, and security checks on servers.
Ensure data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity processes are in place.
Manage firewalls, system security, and user access controls.
Troubleshoot and resolve server, network, and storage-related issues.
Automate server management tasks for improved efficiency.
Maintain server documentation, logs, and configuration records.
Work closely with cross-functional IT teams to ensure smooth operations.
Implement and manage cloud or hybrid server environments (AWS, Azure, GCP preferred).
Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and data privacy regulations.

Eligibility Criteria
Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
2+ years of relevant experience in server/system administration (freshers with advanced certifications may also apply).
Hands-on experience with Linux/Windows server environments.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and virtualization technologies.
Strong knowledge of server security, firewalls, and data protection measures.
Proficiency in scripting (Bash, PowerShell, Python) for automation.
Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
Good communication and teamwork abilities.
