About the Role:
The CTC Agency is hiring an experienced Branch Manager for one of the top life insurance companies in India. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing branch operations, driving sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and leading a high-performing team. Key Responsibilities:

Manage overall branch operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Achieve business targets and drive sales of life insurance products.
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of insurance advisors and staff.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Monitor branch performance, prepare reports, and implement improvement strategies.
Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve client issues promptly.
Collaborate with senior management to implement business strategies and campaigns.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Business, Finance, or related field).
Minimum 5 years of experience in insurance sales, branch management, or relevant leadership roles.
Strong understanding of life insurance products, sales strategies, and compliance regulations.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Target-driven, result-oriented, and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
