The CTC Agency provides digital recruitment services and career-related solutions. This policy outlines the terms for service delivery and cancellations.
1. Service Delivery
All services, including candidate application processing, digital reports, assessments, or career-related deliverables, are delivered electronically via email or through the career portal.
Delivery timelines will be communicated at the time of service request.
2. Cancellation Policy
For subscription-based or paid digital services, cancellation requests must be submitted via email: contact@thectcagency.com.
Refunds, if applicable, will be considered based on the type of service and at the discretion of The CTC Agency.
Once a digital service (e.g., candidate verification, report delivery, or assessment processing) has been completed and delivered, cancellation or refund is generally not possible.
3. Service Modifications
The CTC Agency reserves the right to modify, postpone, or cancel services due to unforeseen circumstances.
Users will be notified in advance, and reasonable alternatives or solutions will be provided where possible.
