1.2 The Portal is fully managed and operated by The CTC Agency and serves as an intermediary between job seekers and employers.
1.3 The Portal does not guarantee employment or hiring outcomes; we facilitate communication and job-related exchanges between registered users.

2. Eligibility & Registration

2.1 You must be at least 18 years of age to register on this Portal.
2.2 You agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information during registration and in your profile.
2.3 The CTC Agency reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

3. User Roles

For Candidates

  • Create and maintain an updated resume/profile.

  • Apply only for jobs that match your qualifications and interests.

  • Avoid sharing sensitive personal details such as bank account numbers, passwords, or OTPs with employers without due verification.

For Employers

  • Post only genuine job openings with accurate descriptions, salary details, and employment conditions.

  • Not demand any payment from candidates in exchange for job offers.

  • Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, data protection regulations, and anti-discrimination norms.

4. Account Security

4.1 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
4.2 All activities conducted through your account will be assumed to be performed by you.
4.3 Report unauthorized account usage immediately to contact@thectcagency.com.

5. Services Provided

The Portal offers the following services:

  • Candidate profile creation & resume upload

  • Job search & application tools

  • Employer job postings & application management

  • Career guidance articles and updates

  • Premium employer branding & recruitment solutions
    We may add, remove, or modify services at any time without prior notice.

6. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Portal for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or malicious activities.

  • Upload harmful code, viruses, or phishing content.

  • Impersonate other individuals or organizations.

  • Scrape, harvest, or collect user data without consent.

7. Content Ownership & Intellectual Property

7.1 All trademarks, logos, design elements, and content on this Portal are owned or licensed by The CTC Agency.
7.2 Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Portal content is prohibited.

9. Payment & Refund Policy

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The CTC Agency shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from:

  • Job offers, employment conditions, or workplace disputes.

  • Inaccuracies in job descriptions or candidate profiles.

  • Unauthorized access to your account.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Portal without prior notice if:

  • You breach these Terms.

  • We detect fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.

The Portal may contain links to external websites. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of such third-party sites.

14. Amendments

15. Fraud Alert

The CTC Agency does not charge job seekers for job applications, interviews, or job offers.
We never request sensitive personal or financial information via phone, email, or social media.
If you receive such communications, report them immediately to contact@thectcagency.com and lodge a police complaint.

16. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad,Telangana.
