Refund requests are eligible only within 4 hours from the time the payment has been successfully completed.
Requests received after this 4-hour window will not be entertained, and payments will be considered final and non-refundable.
To be eligible for a refund, the payment must have been made directly to The CTC Agency via the approved payment channels.
To request a refund, you must contact our customer support team immediately within the 4-hour timeframe.
Refund requests should be sent via email to contact@thectcagency.com and include your payment details, invoice number, and reason for the refund request.
Requests made through other means (such as phone or social media) may not be considered unless followed up by email.
Failure to provide sufficient information may delay or invalidate the refund process.
Upon approval, refunds will be processed after deducting applicable service charges. These charges cover administrative and processing costs incurred by The CTC Agency.
Refunds will be processed strictly via bank transfers, including NEFT (National Electronic Funds Transfer), RTGS (Real-Time Gross Settlement), or direct bank transfers.
We do not accept or process refunds through cash payments, UPI transactions, wallets, or any other payment methods.
The refund amount credited will reflect the net value after deductions.
The refund process generally takes 7 to 10 business days from the date of approval.
The timeline for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account may vary depending on your bank’s processing times and policies.
You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been initiated.
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
If the refund request is made after the 4-hour refund window.
If the service has already commenced or been fully delivered.
For fees related to government charges, third-party services, or processing fees which The CTC Agency cannot control or recover.
If payment was made through unsupported channels or if information provided by the customer is incomplete or fraudulent.
Cancellation requests must be submitted within the same 4-hour window following payment.
Requests for cancellation received after this period will be declined, except in cases where The CTC Agency is unable to provide the agreed services.
The agency reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any service and, in such cases, will notify the customer promptly with options for rescheduling or refund as appropriate.
